Active rest day

Today I want you guys to rest from the gym and do something that your not used to!
Try something new or just change things up a little bit!

I went on a 60 min power walk this AM and then some basketball with firends this PM!
Beautiful wheather here is Sweden so I’m making the most of it!

If you don’t feel like going outside then foam rolling and streching for 40-60 min is a good option!

Eat well, and sleep good and tomorrow you will kill arms and the lateral side of the shoulders!
