Rest Day

Today is rest day and I want you guys to rest and recover!
Eat alot of good food, sleep well and try not to do any thing heavy.
Of course you can stay active but, remember that your muscles and mind need to rest from the weight room!

In the future you guys will get videos/tutorials/Q&A on the rest days (thursday/sunday)
